Description
This course is for all health, social care and third sector staff to improve their skills and knowledge of assertiveness. The half-day course will include an exploration of what assertiveness means, types of assertive behaviour and delegates will have the opportunity to practice techniques to improve their assertiveness.
This course is suited to clinical and non-clinical staff who would welcome the opportunity to reflect on why they struggle to be assertive and to learn and practice ways to better manage in these scenarios. Please be prepared to engage in practical exercises to get the most from this training.
