If you're already working for Surrey and Borders or Royal Surrey, you can also register for additional bank shifts.

You’ll use Loop, a secure and easy-to-use app, to view and book available shifts. It’s available on your phone or desktop, so you can manage your work on the go.

How to get started with Loop:

  1. Search Allocate Loop in your app store and download it
  2. Create an account with your email address
  3. Use your login credentials (sent by email) to connect to our Trusts
  4. Start browsing and booking shifts

If you're new to bank work or joining from another employer, we’ll carry out standard checks and support you with onboarding. You’ll also have access to:

  • A local induction at your chosen service
  • Statutory and mandatory training – with payment for core modules
  • Additional mental health training (e.g. suicide prevention, personal safety, ligature training)

If you’re already employed by SABP or RSFT, you may not need to repeat training if your records are up to date.

NHSP no longer manage temporary staffing at Surrey and Borders Partnership. We're working closely with NHSP to ensure a smooth transition to the People Flexi-Bank.

If you've worked 70% or more of your NHSP shifts at SABP in the last 6 months, you’ll be automatically transferred under TUPE. If not, you can still join by registering your interest.
