Description
Positive time management can help to reduce workplace stress and make it easier to meet deadlines. This course will help you to understand your own working methods and how you can improve these to better manage your workload. It will include practical exercises, tips and advice to help you develop essential time management skills.
Course Objectives:
- Explore time management issues
- Gain tools and techniques
- Learn the principles of effective delegation (peer to peer or upward)
- Learn how to say No when it is important
- Plan and prioritise work
- Clear goals to minimize wasted time
- Learn different ways to respond to distractions in the workplace
- Manage unexpected time stealers
