Description
This course is designed to help all of us recognise the part we can play in preventing suicide in our day-to-day interactions.
By the end of this course, you should be:
- Better equipped to recognise any warning signs in the people you encounter.
- Feel more confident in raising the issue of suicide with those you are concerned about.
- Have a better understanding of how to promote positive mental health and resilience
