Description
This course will examine what Resilience is, how it can be cultivated and developed in order to protect and maintain our wellbeing and enthusiasm for life, and work.
We will develop our understanding of what it means to be resilient, learn strategies and techniques that can be personalised to our own lives and identify how we can apply these in a practical way.
In order to make the most of this opportunity the group will need to discuss their own situations in relation to this topic.
