Description

This course provides a foundation to learning to apply practical coaching skills which will support others and help them to develop solutions to the challenges they face.

This interactive course helps participants to reflect on their own contribution to conversations and develop tools to encourage positive outcomes for themselves and others.

The course will enable you to:

• demonstrate personal confidence in using coaching skills.
• develop a clear understanding of when a coaching style is appropriate.
• understand the GROW model of coaching and how to utilise it
• start to develop the skills required to coach individuals.
• develop a better understanding of yourself and how you interact with others.
