Description
This training course is aimed to equip individuals with the confidence, skills and compassion needed to have meaningful conversations around challenging topics.
It is intended for all health, social care and third sector staff who wish to improve their ability to undertake helpful and motivating conversations with others. This half-day course will discuss why these conversations are often challenging, how we can best prepare ourselves and teach skills and strategies designed to improve the effectiveness of these interactions.
